International Shipping Information:

• The least expensive method for international shipping is via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail .
  • In addition to lower shipping cost, the USPS has significantly lower brokerage fees than UPS.
  • It will take 6 to 10 business days for your RockBox to arrive via this method, plus any time in customs.
  • The down side is that there is no way to track these shipments though, so be aware and patient.
• Be advised that faster shipping via UPS is significantly higher cost, and the brokerage fees will be at least $50.
• All brokerage fees, customs fees, tax, and duty are the responsibility of the recipient. We don't charge local sales tax on international orders, but your government may want to get their cut when it arrives, be prepared.

International Payment Information:

• Depending on your location, there may be issues with credit card payments. If this is the case, there are two options:
  • Option #1: Payment can be made via PayPal, choose that option at checkout
  • Option #2: Email us with your credit card information and we will manually process your payment. We will need the following:
  • Name
  • Billing street address
  • Billing city
  • Billing state or province
  • Billing postal code
  • Shipping street address
  • Shipping city
  • Shipping state or province
  • Shipping postal code
  • Credit card number
  • Credit card expiration date
